JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, and the ability to build and fabricate solutions that enhance productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as Netsuite is preferred.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and warehouse distribution practices.
• Ability to build and fabricate solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

  Pay: $3,800.00-$4,500.00 per month

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Support Supply Chain Manager in planning and maintaining of warehouse operation policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment processes.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to optimize efficiency.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth warehouse distribution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Develop plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in packaging and order processing.
• Other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager.
