Description

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and logistics, with a focus on process improvement and team leadership. This role is essential for ensuring efficient warehouse distribution, maintaining high standards of customer service, and fostering a productive work environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree and proven experience in warehouse supervision or a related role.
  • With valid driver license and with at least 1 year of forklift experience.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety regulations, organized and capable of managing over 200 SKUs.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Language: fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Experience with heavy lifting and physical demands associated with warehouse tasks is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.
  • Assign work schedules, monitor employee performance, and provide feedback or corrective action when needed.
  • Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock audits, and replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of products to prevent loss, damage, or discrepancies.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and security policies, as well as company and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other departments (procurement, logistics, and sales) to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the use, care, and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
