SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Edmonton Distribution & Logistics Centre and drive day-to-day excellence. This position is about managing processes, leading people, shaping operations, and ensuring every shipment, delivery, and inventory move happens seamlessly.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality across our warehouse operations. You’ll inspire a high-performing team, keep workflows on track, and make sure our customers get the top-level service they deserve — all while playing a key role in the growth and success of our site.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on forklift expertise (stand-up reach and sit-down counterbalance).
  • Solid background in warehousing/production with proven supervisory experience.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, problem-solving, and leading under pressure.
  • Excellent communicator with a knack for motivating and guiding teams.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to juggle competing priorities with ease.
  • Comfortable with technology — SAP experience is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team with a positive, collaborative approach.
  • Keep operations running smoothly by planning, directing, and optimizing shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
  • Solve challenges in real time — from quality assurance issues to workflow bottlenecks — and keep productivity high while balancing workplace safety.
  • Hire, train, and develop a strong, motivated workforce.
  • Monitor KPIs, spot trends, and take action to continuously raise the bar.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained operation where people and assets are always protected.
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership and provide insights that help shape the future of our warehouse operations.
