Metalcorp is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team based in Tamworth. Metalcorp is a steel and aluminium distributor also specialising in rural products. It is the rural brand for the land with branches in regional locations and is trusted by customers for the quality of its products and the service of its people. The tailored product range includes specialised livestock handling equipment, building materials, structural and tubular steel, fencing, roofing, aluminium and more. This is a full-time Monday to Friday role working across operational hours from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy warehouse and yard while leading a team to deliver safe, efficient and reliable outcomes for customers. You'll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly, managing stock and assets, coordinating dispatch and scheduling activities, supporting your team and ensuring safety remains at the centre of everything you do.

When you join Metalcorp, you'll be supported with a competitive salary package, including access to our Profit Share Plan (bonus incentive scheme). You'll also enjoy a range of health and wellbeing benefits, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support, annual flu vaccinations, on-site physiotherapy and free on-site parking. Backed by BlueScope, you'll have access to ongoing training, development and career opportunities designed to help you grow and succeed.
