Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for overseeing processes, labor, product quality, and the overall flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. The ideal candidate is results-driven, process-oriented, and has a strong track record of managing teams in a warehouse or distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of 20+ warehouse associates across inbound, outbound, inventory, and quality control functions. Train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity, safety, and quality goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards. Manage the daily workflow of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. Oversee quality control standards to ensure all rental items meet company expectations before leaving and upon return. Coordinate receiving, inspection, and restocking of returned rental items. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with inventory control to ensure product accuracy and availability. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors or damage. Develop and maintain staffing schedules, assign tasks, and manage labor resources based on volume and priorities. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and customer needs. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to solve problems and maintain workflow. Resolve operational or personnel issues with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead, preferably in event rentals, logistics, or a high-volume distribution environment. Proven experience managing teams of 20 or more across multiple warehouse functions. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and quality control. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics. Demonstrated results-orientation with a strong ability to meet deadlines and drive performance. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills. Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work flexible hours as needed during peak event seasons. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP platforms. Familiarity with rental industry logistics and product flow. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
