POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at our Calgary facility. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional ready to lead a team, ensure safe and efficient workflows, and drive high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise and support the warehouse team in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and lead daily safety routines
• Work closely with the Shipper/Receiver to maintain smooth shipping and receiving functions
• Train and coach team members to meet quality and efficiency standards
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper use of warehouse space
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on staffing, reporting, and continuous improvement
