EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 5+ years of warehouse experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role in FBA E-commerce industry.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese is required to coordinate with international vendors and clients. You will also be coordinating with our team in China
• Strong understanding of international freight (especially ocean/LCL/FCL cargo) and how warehouses integrate into global supply chains.
• Proven success improving warehouse KPIs: accuracy, order cycle time, and labor efficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret BOLs, packing lists, and export documents.
• Proficient in WMS, inventory platforms, and Excel.
• Forklift certification a plus; must be willing to assist with physical tasks as needed.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not required but a plus).
• OSHA training/certification is highly desirable.
• Additional training in inventory management systems (WMS), Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a strong advantage.

We’re looking for a hands-on, systems-savvy Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced warehouse facility. This isn’t a clipboard-and-office role — we need someone who thrives on the floor, drives productivity through leadership, and brings a deep understanding of freight, inventory control, and shipment integrity. Bi-lingual English and Chinese is required.
You’ll be responsible for managing inbound/outbound freight (FCL/LCL), optimizing storage layout, enforcing process discipline, and leading a team of warehouse associates to execute flawlessly in a deadline-driven environment.
