WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Plan and optimize international shipments to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance and compliance with international regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and manage a small warehouse team

WHAT WILL YOU IDEALLY BRING TO THE ROLE?

• Experience using SAP ERP system in a similar role.
• Previous experience in warehouse management and international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Understanding of Incoterms & import/export
• Good attention to detail and strong administration / organisational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
