Description The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations in a non-climate-controlled environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping activities while leading and developing warehouse associates. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse associates. Assign work, monitor productivity, and coach employees. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Conduct daily start-up meetings and communicate priorities. Monitor inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment. Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems. Train new employees and support ongoing development. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed. Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience. Previous experience leading a warehouse team. Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and WMS. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment. Wear required PPE.
