TITLE: Warehouse Supervisor (Commercial Flooring)
LOCATION: Denver, CO 80238
HOURS: Monday - Friday
RATE: Starting at $22.00 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage priorities and team performance
• Experience with inventory control systems and cycle counts
• Forklift certified – required
• OSHA Warehouse Safety certification or Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional (CWLP) – preferred
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Proficiency with Gmail and Google Drive; able to enter data and create work orders
• Understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices
• Ability to lift and carry products that weigh 50 to 75 lbs. on a repetitive basis
• Bilingual a plus, but not required

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and team activities
• Track and manage inventory using database and scanning tools
• Receive and process incoming materials by unloading trucks and updating records
• Prepare and complete flooring orders for pickup and delivery (measure, cut, label)
• Schedule and verify deliveries in coordination with Construction Managers
• Ensure all warehouse vehicles and equipment are maintained and repaired as needed
• Monitor safety procedures and enforce a clean, safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
