Plan, prioritize, and assign work based on operational demands and staffing levels while adapting to changing business needs. Monitor operational performance and provide reporting to leadership. Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop employees while providing coaching and performance feedback. Partner with Warehouse Management and Human Resources to address attendance, performance, and corrective action matters. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while promoting a safe and productive work environment. Serve as a keyholder responsible for opening, closing, and securing the facility. Oversee operational documentation, ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders, and supervise the safe operation of warehouse equipment. Identify and resolve operational challenges while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: High school diploma required. Three to five years of supervisory experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or logistics operations. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, inventory processes, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety, accuracy, and team performance. Physical Demands: Regular standing, walking, reaching, and material handling. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment: Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical equipment and machinery.
