JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of logistics, shipping, and materials handling. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in logistics or warehouse management is essential.
  • Strong background in shipping and receiving processes.
  • Familiarity with materials handling techniques and best practices.
  • Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) is advantageous.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
  • Capability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Valid forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
  • Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
