JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a keen ability to analyze workflows, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical skills to assess operations and implement improvements.
• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
• Knowledge of French is a plus but not required.
