About the Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met. You’ll lead and motivate a team of operators, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a strong culture of accountability and teamwork. What You’ll Do Supervise and coordinate day shift warehouse operations Ensure all health & safety policies are followed and promote a safe workplace Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor productivity Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time Support continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and service Forklift licence (OSH & F endorsement preferred) Experience in steel, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing operations Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills Knowledge of safe loading, unloading, and load restraint procedures Understanding of health & safety compliance in an industrial environment Experience with stock control, inventory management, and dispatch processes Class 2 driver’s licence (advantageous) Full on-the-job training and development Long-term career opportunities in a stable, growing business A supportive team environment where your efforts are recognised Access to our health and wellness programme (including on-site gyms at some locations) The chance to represent a trusted brand and make a real impact on the industry Ready to Join Us?
