Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Working Hours (Flexibility is required and overtime may be needed)

HMPPS provides prisoners with the means to order goods using their own funds. At DHL, our role is to manage the picking, packing and distribution of these orders. No two days on our HMPPS contract are the same! You will play an integral role in the prisoner’s lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Assisting the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the Warehouse Operation (based onsite at the Prison)
• Line management of the Warehouse Team Leaders and overall supervision of the Prisoners whilst they are at work
• Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety as well as Prison rules and regulations
• Meeting and exceeding operational targetsi including waste targets too
• Ability to work with in a prison and directly with prisoners
