An exciting opportunity has arisen at our DP World Contract Logistics site for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities from receipt to delivery, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead and motivate a team, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement across the operation. This is an on-site position, working Monday through Friday.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Knowledge of safe systems of work and health & safety procedures.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Experience in conducting disciplinaries and managing absence reporting.
• Background in quality and resource management.
