Description
Operational Management - Plan, organize, and direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving at the WH, daily warehousing activities and Q69 operations. Inventory Control - Drive cycle counting at the WH, plant to ensure high inventory accuracy - analyze data, determine root causes and define sustainable corrective actions with the respective teams. Process Improvements - Developing and implementing efficient inventory control procedures, leveraging data analysis to identify areas for improvement and reduce waste or shrinkage. Milk Run, ePick Process - Ensuring an effective milk run between the WH and the plant - focusing on minimizing excess inventory, supporting JIT principles Collaboration - Coordinate effectively with logistics, procurement and operations. Leadership Skills - Team engagement, managing warehouse and inventory teams, fostering culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's from an accredited institution. At least 3 years of operations, logistics, or warehousing experience. No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Cleveland, TN facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration from an accredited institution. At least 1 year of experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and Mapics. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems. Strong data analysis, forecasting skills. Knowledge of supply chain management. Understanding of lean inventory practices. Organization, planning and time management abilities. Strong communication and leadership skills. Problem solving, critical thinking Attention to detail, accuracy, out of box thinking.
