· Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure onboarding, training, mentorship, and performance metrics are provided
· Review, propose, and implement improvements to current methods and procedures to increase productivity
· Determine, monitor and improve warehouse KPI’s such as shipment accuracy, inventory turnover storage productivity, and product workflow.
