Warehouse Supervisor
Ecoline Windows is a leading manufacturer and installer of high-quality replacement windows, doors, and patio doors for the residential market. We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and products that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in our Moncton, NB, warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn
  • Achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, and track shipping times, ultimately overseeing the fulfillment of orders every day
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
  • Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in shipping and receiving
  • Able to lift and handle up to 45 lbs., walk, sit, and crouch
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  • Ability to work with all levels of company staff
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ukrainian / Russian is considered an advantage

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
