Job Description Label packages and ensure documentation accompanies shipments Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for customer orders and shipments for all Evolution entitie Assist in verifying orders for accuracy before dispatch Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular cycle counts Place reorders of stock of all items whenever the stock level approaches minimum limit fixed in respect thereof Stop reorders or further purchases when the stock level approaches maximum limit Reserve materials and items for a specific job when it is required so Report discrepancies or damaged items to the warehouse supervisor Organize stock within the warehouse for efficient access and storage Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage, and verify quantities Unload and load trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care Record shipments in the inventory management system Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink-wrapping machines Conduct routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation Follow safety guidelines when operating machinery Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Arrange products and materials in a safe, accessible manner Dispose of waste materials and packaging according to company protocol Adhere to all warehouse safety and security policies and procedure Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Participate in safety training and assist in identifying potential risk Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipt Prepare and submit routine reports on inventory and shipment statuses Communicate with the warehouse team and supervisors about stock levels, order status, and any issues encountered Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position or to warehouse operations Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work Qualifications Secondary (higher, special etc.) education. Additional training in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage at least in A2 (Basic user) level of English knowledge; high sense of responsibility B category driver’s license; the ability to accurately and methodically fulfil work tasks and keep detailed records; Ability to work as in a team, as independently; Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; Experience in modern procurement, purchasing processes and related systems; Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
