Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support a small team in the fresh produce warehouse
  • Manage daily picking,packing and order fulfilment across the estate
  • Liaise with chefs,growers,retail and logistics to meet seasonal demand
  • Maintain accurate stock rotation and records,minimising wastage
  • Oversee compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
  • Keep excellent records of deliveries,wastage and invoices
  • Support procurement and invoicing in the Fresh Produce Buyer’s absence
