JOB OVERVIEW

You’ll lead daily warehouse operations at FBD’s Meadow Lane site—overseeing receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of fresh and ambient goods. As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll maintain quality standards, oversee the warehouse team, liaise with management and ensure safe, efficient operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally with perishable goods
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Proficient with MS Office and warehouse management systems
• Strong grasp of health & safety regulations and manual handling
• Forklift licence preferred (not essential)
