OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and team leadership. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient processes, maintaining safety standards, and optimising warehouse performance. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily activities, supervising staff, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 software is advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.
• Experience in shipping & receiving processes within a warehouse environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
