  We are looking for a hands-on and organised Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team of agency operatives through peak operations. Starting full-time in July, Monday to Friday, you’ll transition into supervising rotating continental shifts from late August.
  You’ll oversee checking in and out of all team members, act as the key point of contact for any agency staff issues, support staff, and ensure smooth coordination with management. Alongside this may be a requirement for some assistance from a booking and management point of view eg. learning the booking system, understanding the company policies and procedures and delivering some training and inductions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a warehouse, or agency environment
• Confident leading teams and dealing with real-time operational issues
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work 12-hour continental shifts (days or nights) after initial Monday–Friday period
• IT-literate – comfortable with rota systems and reporting tools
• Reliable, hands-on and proactive approach to leadership

• Supervise warehouse operatives during shift
• Conduct daily check-ins and check-outs of staff
• Monitor performance and productivity
• Coordinate holiday requests and shift cover
• Act as the main point of contact for onsite issues or escalations
• Communicate with senior management and ensure smooth handovers
• Maintain health and safety standards and report incidents where necessary
• Ensure all warehouse processes are followed
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
