  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd as determined by business needs
  • Must be willing to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the distribution center to oversee daily operations, manage our represented workforce team, manage inventory, ensure quality control, and supervise the receiving of inbound shipments. This team member must be able to rotate into first and second shift, given the business needs. This leadership role requires ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining the timeliness of shipments to our customers. The ideal candidate for this entry level position is professional, has managerial courage, willing to learn the business, a problem solver, and demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
Within this role the Warehouse Supervisor position is a leadership role that will be supported with on-the-job training, professional development and opportunities for career growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Demonstrates expertise in knowledge of the processes required to perform, and ensures they are effectively performing job responsibilities utilizing standardized methods
  • Motivates direct reports and/or business partners through effective communication, training, coaching, development, and recognition
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement using tools such as layered audits
  • Achieves Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost key performance indicators
  • Cultivates a safety culture, and implements and enforces workplace safety rules and policies
