Responsibilities Purpose of the Role: Tracker is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, to join a well-established market leading Telematics and Stolen Vehicle Recovery Company based in Uxbridge. Tracker is a subsidiary of CalAmp, a pure-play pioneer of the Connected Car, Connected Truck and broader Internet of Things (IoT) marketplace, based in California. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, processes and systems, in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met. The right candidate should have a hands-on approach in this high-volume pick/pack order processing operation, based at our warehouse in West Drayton. Main Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of all warehouse activities: Inventory stock control and administration ensuring all goods are received in timely manner and aligned with WMS Perform daily cycle counts ensure stock levels are accurate Manage team of warehouse operatives and ensure all customer order levels are met in accordance with SLAs Maintain and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices Monitor and report operational performance against targets Ensure all operational processes comply with company policies, health and safety requirements and legal regulations Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency Liaise with cross channel internal departments to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner Qualifications Primary Requirements: Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position Educated to degree level (but not essential) Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations (First Aid) Fast paced and able to work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and ERP management systems (Oracle) Forklift licence Ability to develop and implement operational processes and procedures Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management Excellent leadership and organizational skills Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to delegate
