Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on, proactive leader to join our client as a Distribution Centre Supervisor. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, and driving performance through a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous team development.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Compensation: Starting at $62,500 - with the potential for pay increase after completing the probationary period

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of Supervisory experience within a warehouse/distribution center
• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and possess great attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities and make quick, informed decisions
• A hands-on approach with a focus on results, accountability, and team success
• Experience or interest in logistics, truck routing, or fleet operations is a plus
• Experience with using WMS systems, RF Scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, etc.
• Valid forklift certification and the ability to lift 50 lbs as required

• Lead and supervise daily distribution center operations
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, efficiency, and team productivity
• Monitor and improve operational workflows
• Use Excel and data analysis to drive decision-making
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
• Develop and implement truck routing and fleet scheduling strategies
• Coach and develop team members to support growth and retention
• Ensure all shipments are prepared for drivers for prompt deliveries
