Overview The Bath Authority - Warehouse Supervisor $55,000 - $60,000 Salary The Warehouse Supervisor for The Bath Authority is responsible for managing the storage, handling, and distribution of bath materials and fixtures to support daily installation projects. This role ensures materials are organized, inventory is accurate, and crews receive the right products on time to keep remodel projects on schedule. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities · Oversee daily warehouse operations for bath remodeling materials, including tubs, showers, vanities, glass enclosures, tile, plumbing fixtures, and hardware · Coordinate material staging and delivery for scheduled remodeling jobs · Maintain accurate inventory levels and track material usage by project · Inspect incoming materials for damage or defects and manage returns or replacements · Ensure proper storage and handling of fragile and high-value items (glass, finishes, custom products) · Work closely with project managers, installers, and purchasing to prevent job delays · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment · Enforce safety standards and equipment usage procedures · Identify opportunities to improve material flow, storage layout, and efficiency · Ability to run materials to a job site if/when needed · Weekly commutes to multiple warehouses in the Region · Any additional related responsibilities as assigned by Operations management Qualifications Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus · 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in construction, remodeling, or building materials · Familiarity with bath or construction materials (plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, tile, glass) strongly preferred · Strong organizational and scheduling skills · Ability to read job schedules, material lists, and basic construction documents · Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and basic computer tools Physical Requirements · Ability to lift and move materials up to [75] lbs · Ability to safely handle large, fragile, and awkward items such as glass panels and tubs · Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday Work Environment · Warehouse and loading dock environment · Regular interaction with installers and delivery teams · Occasional early mornings to support jobsite schedules Compensation & Benefits · Competitive pay based on experience · Health, dental, and vision insurance · Paid time off and holidays · Growth opportunities within a growing remodeling company TBA is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
