Job Title Warehouse Supervisor Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Job Purpose To oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance. Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure proper handling and storage of furniture and bulky items. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams. Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies. Optimize warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency. Reduce damages, losses, and operational errors. Prepare periodic reports on warehouse performance. Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees. Qualifications and Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in retail or furniture industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Good knowledge of inventory control procedures. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
