POSITION SUMMARY

Fable is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership on the floor at our Moncton distribution center. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience supervising teams in a warehouse environment and working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
  • Previous experience in a team lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role.
  • Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems; ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot issues.
  • Understanding of warehouse workflows, including pick/pack fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work alongside the team and step in to support operations when required.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

    Pay: $28.00-$31.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day warehouse activities during assigned shifts, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
  • Direct, coach, and support warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment aligned with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Use ERP and WMS platforms to track orders, manage inventory, and troubleshoot basic system issues.
  • Monitor performance and workflow, addressing issues and escalating concerns to the Warehouse Manager as needed.
  • Ensure all outbound orders meet accuracy and quality expectations.
  • Assist with hands-on warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and receiving when needed.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new warehouse team members.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
