Warehouse Supervisor

Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound, staff supervision, and compliance.

Duties:

• Manage daily warehouse operations (inbound/outbound)
• Supervise forklift operators and pick/pack staff
• Enforce SOPs, safety, HACCP and DAFF requirements
• Plan labour allocation based on workload
• Monitor inventory flow and resolve issues
• Coordinate with transport team for dispatch
• Reduce errors, damages, and delays

Experience Required:

• 3+ years warehouse experience (1+ year in supervisory role)
• Experience in 3PL environment preferred
• Knowledge of WMS systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of warehouse compliance (WHS, HACCP, DAFF)
