Required Skills & Experience• 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment.• Previous experience supervising unionized employees within a CBA environment.• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees in a high-volume operational setting.• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse optimization.• Experience managing labour planning, productivity, and operational KPIs.• Proven ability to drive process improvements and productivity gains.• Experience conducting safety investigations and partnering with HR on labour relations matters.• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to operate independently during off-shift hours.• Advanced communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities.• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.• Experience with ADP or similar payroll/timekeeping systems.Postsecondary education or equivalent industry experience.
