QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–3+ years of warehouse leadership and supervisory experience (required).
  • Proven experience managing inventory operations and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and maintain high performance standards.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel (required).
  • Valid forklift certification (required).
  • Fully bilingual – English and Spanish (required).

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Supervise and support the warehouse team in daily inventory activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Inventory Manager to learn and manage inventory tracking procedures and tools (Excel-based).
  • Assist with inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports as needed.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Partner with the Warehouse Operations Manager to align team efforts, resolve operational challenges, and maintain workflow efficiency.
