Description We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and help ensure products move safely, efficiently, and accurately through our facility. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coaching employees, and driving continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory, stocking, and order fulfillment. Create and manage weekly labor schedules. Assign work and ensure tasks are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Enforce company policies and maintain employee accountability. Ensure outbound shipments are accurate, complete, and free of damage. Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories. Maximize warehouse space through proper organization and consolidation. Ensure the safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Promote continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. At least 2 years of forklift experience. Warehouse experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic math and inventory management skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and quality standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift. Frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, climb, and operate warehouse equipment. Comfortable working in refrigerated and frozen storage environments.
