Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including heavy lifting protocols and forklift operation standards.
• Manage scheduling, time management, and workload distribution for team members to meet operational deadlines.
• Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and logistics teams to support e-commerce fulfillment
• Lead training initiatives on warehouse procedures, packaging standards, and the use of warehouse management systems.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication skills and leadership qualities.

Skills

• Proven experience supervising warehouse operations within manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French are a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, order picking techniques, and warehouse distribution strategies.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service orientation with excellent analysis skills for data-driven decision making.
• Mandarin is required
