WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Kerry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of our warehouse within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, oversee inventory management, coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role is critical to maintaining the seamless flow of materials and finished goods that support our production and customer delivery schedules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP), health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS); conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods.
  • Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery; identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage warehouse layout and space utilization to optimize efficiency and safety.
  • Support investigations and resolution of non-conformances, customer complaints, and stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of allergen and temperature-sensitive products.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and contribute to corrective action planning.
