Description Position summary: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards while leading and motivating a team. Essential functions and responsibilities: Assist Operations Manager by fulfilling job duties assigned. Receive and unload containers by providing direction to warehouse personnel. Ship goods to customers by providing direction to warehouse personnel. Research any paperwork discrepancies or container issues Ensure timely product flow throughout the shipping process. Provide training to warehouse personnel. Manage employee work performance and attendance, providing feedback, coaching, and corrective action as needed to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards. Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility to ensure an organized work environment. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Nonessential functions: Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. Success factors/job competencies: Clearly and effectively communicate work instructions to team members. Promptly report any issues or concerns to the Operations Manager. Computer proficiency including knowledge of SAP. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Requirements Qualifications required: High school diploma/GED 5+ years warehouse work experience Experience in operating material handling equipment. Understanding of basic OSHA requirements and reporting Previous leadership role within a team or group Qualifications desired: Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management. Knowledge of SAP process workflows Knowledge of warehouse Operations
