Report to: Distribution Head Place of work: Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach, Dong Nai Your Roles: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all areas under the Chemical Distribution Center, i.e. inbound/outbound/EHS/QA operations and local delivery to customers, in accordance with the corporate, and departmental strategy as well as to ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of all orders. The tasks including all concerned Policies of the company are to be implemented. To organize EHS (Environmental Health Safety), Security, and QA through corporate Policies, GDP, and ISO standards at the Chemical Distribution Center (CDC). What Should You Do: Ensure the effectiveness of local delivery management through flexibility, and ensure CDC operations are aligned with the distribution strategies to optimize the cost of distribution through Leans and Innovation. Reliable physical stock to guarantee optimal processing and to provide accurate information. Supervise and develop the team's performance by leading and motivating them to maximize services and develop a mindset that ensures the alignment with the corporate & department goals and KPIs Coordinate with the internal and external functions to smoothen the processes and share information. Incorporate company policies regarding EHS, Security, and QA with operational excellence to reduce environmental risks and health hazards. Lead the projects to complete within the timeline and budget and assigned tasks to work prioritization. Having good knowledge in WMS, DG Chemical Warehouse management Ensuring VN regulation are respected and followed in terms of handling, storing, importation and transportation including 3PL logistical service management. Who Are You: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, warehousing, logistics, or related field. At least 3 years exeprience in warehouse supervisor role, Chemical Warehouse Management is prefered. Logical thinking Leadership/Negotiation/Time Management Skills Good oral and written English communication skills.
