Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

• Lead the day-to-day running of the warehouse while working alongside the team
• Monitor daily order volumes and allocate resources to ensure all dispatch deadlines are met
• Ensure all ecommerce and wholesale orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, receipting and stock put-away
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment
• Coordinate with freight providers to ensure daily collections and dispatch deadlines are met

Ecommerce Fulfilment & Inventory

• Oversee daily ecommerce fulfilment and order workflow
• Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes and discrepancy resolution
• Manage fulfilment across Shopify, Shippit
• Ensure packaging standards are maintained and customers receive a consistently premium customer experience

About You

• Previous experience leading a team
• Strong experience managing high-volume fulfilment and daily dispatch operations
• Strong inventory management and stock control experience
• Experience with Shopify, Shippit or similar ecommerce fulfilment platforms is highly regarded
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Proactive, organised and always looking for ways to improve processes
