Within this operation, you work in a modern warehouse environment where technology, data, and automation play a key role. Together with your team, you ensure that processes run efficiently and that objectives regarding safety, quality, and productivity are achieved: you contribute to this.

How do you do this? As a warehouse supervisor, you are responsible for multiple operational processes and lead team leaders and warehouse employees. You monitor operation performance, analyze results, and make adjustments where necessary. Thanks to your leadership, you know how to motivate people and continuously improve processes. You achieve this by:

• managing, coaching, and developing team leaders and operational staff;
• monitoring KPIs in the areas of productivity, quality, and safety and actively adjusting accordingly;
• ensure optimal personnel planning and efficient deployment of resources;
• initiating and guiding improvement projects within the warehouse operation;
• maintaining close cooperation with other departments to achieve operational objectives.

You bring along

• experience in a managerial position within warehousing or logistics;
• knowledge of logistics processes and the ability to analyze and improve operational performance;
• strong coaching and communication skills;
• experience with KPI management and continuous improvement processes;
• good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
