We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Dortmund. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficiency and excellence of our warehouse logistics. You will lead daily operations, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement across processes and performance.

About the Job:

• Supervise the loading/unloading, order picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory preparation activities.
• Plan storage locations, manage inventory systems, conduct stocktaking and cycle counts, and optimize warehouse workflows.
• Ensure quality control across warehouse operations, including goods posting, incoming inspections, and documentation.
• Analyze warehouse metrics, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality management, and suppliers to align logistics with business needs.
• Maintain up-to-date warehouse documentation and analyze operational data for continuous improvement.

About You:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, storage systems, and dispatch, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• A valid forklift license.
• Proficient in SAP R/3, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and adaptability.
• Reliable, transparent, and committed to quality.
• Deep awareness of safety, quality, and customer service standards.
• Proficient in both English and German, written and spoken.
