JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise the day-to-day operations ensuring that customer expectations and performance metrics are met or exceeded
• Responsible for coordinating with Shopfloor Supervisor / Buyer on delivery orders and returns
• Liaise with various departments to resolve any warehouse operation related
• Generate and monitor KPI
• Arrange daily delivery to shopfloor
• Train employees in all outbound functions according to company procedures
• To maintain a neat and clean warehouse environment (5S)Perform other related warehousing duties or Ad-hoc job assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge in Warehouse & logistic Operations
• Ability to demonstrate high sense of urgency and highly adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Minimum O level and above
• Excellence business writing in English and oral communication and interpersonal skill
• Knowledge on SAP system, Excel, Words Power point and Teams will be advantage
• Minimum 5-year or more warehouse experience
