Sachet Factory is a fast-growing start-up specialising in manufacturing premium stick pack products for some of the UK’s biggest health and wellness brands. To meet increasing demand, we’re moving into a brand-new, purpose-built production facility in June 2025.
We’re building a team of detail-oriented, proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production flowing smoothly and ensuring our stock is managed with precision.

SKILLS

• Experience in a warehouse or production support role (food manufacturing background is a bonus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling and documentation.
• Strong IT skills for stock systems and documentation (Barcode label making, Microsoft Excel , Word desirable).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping safety front of mind.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Forklift licence is desirable, but not essential—training can be provided.

• Perform stock control activities, including stock rotation (FIFO) and accurate stock management.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation to support traceability and compliance.
• Support end-of-line production by removing, organising, and assisting with newly packed pallets.
• Ensure warehouse areas are organised, safe, and audit-ready at all times.
• Report stock discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to support daily operations.
