Responsibilities
  • Organise and supervise the operations teams in the safe unloading, checking, put away and dispatching of products undertaken by warehouse staff in accordance with Health and Safety to ensure customer orders are met.
  • Monitor picking and route building and report any issues as they arise.
  • Motivate and develop a team in a continuous improvement environment, coaching and guiding the team, with an involved approach, always.
  • Assisting management with the day-to-day running of the warehouse
  • Responsible for loading, unloading, movement/storage of stock/products.
  • Report any issues, packaging, product damage and label issues.
  • Regularly liaising with account managers
  • Counterbalance/flexi license advantage
  • Carry out regular stock checks.
  • Working with and alongside other supervisors team leaders and managers to ensure the daily targets are met.
  • Maintaining health and safety standards and good housekeeping
  • Plus, any other duties that may be requested of you by your line manager.
