Your new role
- Coordinate domestic and international freight movements
- Track shipments and manage delivery schedules
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and transport providers
- Prepare freight documentation and shipping paperwork
- Coordinate inventory transfers, stock movements and receipting
- Raise purchase orders and support procurement administration
- Maintain logistics and inventory records
- Prepare logistics and shipment status reports
- Support project delivery teams with logistics requirements
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous logistics, freight coordination or supply chain experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience with inventory management and transport coordination
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience using Xero will be highly regarded

- Lead and motivate a warehouse team, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive, high-performing culture
- Coach, develop and support team members through regular feedback, training and performance conversations
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, dispatch and inventory activities
- Monitor productivity, service levels and operational KPIs to ensure targets are consistently achieved
- Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Manage workforce planning and resource allocation to meet operational demands and customer requirements
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, accuracy and operational performance
You’re Likely a Match If
- Proven leadership experience within a warehouse, logistics, FMCG, distribution or supply chain environment
- A passion for leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Strong people management skills, with the confidence to provide feedback and manage performance conversations
- A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to lead by example and stay connected to day-to-day operations
- The ability to make decisions, solve problems and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards and delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanning technology and other warehouse operational systems
