About the role


We are seeking a Warehouse Organizer and Parts Runner to join the team at Civil Earthmoving Contractors Pty Ltd. This is a full-time position based in North Maclean, QLD 4280. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly supporting the productivity and success of our business. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse environment, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely delivery of parts to our operational teams. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and supporting the seamless operation of our earthmoving and logistics activities.

What you'll be doing


  • Organising and maintaining warehouse stock, ensuring all items are properly catalogued, labelled and stored in designated locations
  • Retrieving parts and materials as requested by operational staff and preparing them for dispatch or collection
  • Conducting regular inventory checks and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock records
  • Receiving, unpacking and verifying incoming shipments of parts and materials against delivery documentation
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
  • Keeping the warehouse environment clean, safe and organised in accordance with workplace health and safety standards
  • Identifying and reporting damaged, defective or obsolete stock items
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles as required
  • Maintaining detailed records of warehouse transactions and stock movements
  • Supporting other team members and contributing to a collaborative warehouse environment
  • Picking up parts from suppliers and dropping them off.
