Roles & Responsibilities

Manual Loading / Off-loading of PO Materials delivered.

Operate Forklift as & when required

Checking the received PO Material deliveries

Full accountability for updating information in the company s ERP system, Epicor

Prepare Materials from Job Order requests for end users, as requested in a timely manner

Ensure that items are appropriately placed on shelves and racks according to their types and sizes.

Ensure that all materials stored are in good condition and report any damaged materials when noticed

Ensure that MSDS for chemicals, hazardous and dangerous goods shall be updated and stored beside the goods;

Ensure all Bin Locations are clearly labelled and identified

Ensure that all stock items have PID details showing for ease of picking and issuing

Ensuring that all similar or stock categories are stored in adjacent bins as much as is reasonable

Match pulled items with work orders to ensure accuracy as per EPICOR PID

Manage stock of drilling consumables, tubulars (OCTG), and downhole tools, maintaining accurate levels to support rig operations

Coordinate the urgent issuing and backloading of materials between the warehouse and rig site to minimise rig downtime

Track rental and third-party tools and equipment, ensuring their timely return and off-hire to vendors

Maintain material traceability and retain mill/inspection certificates for tubulars and pressure-rated items

Train, coach, and mentor the junior warehouse staff on warehouse procedures and systems

Monitor the performance of junior staff, provide regular guidance and feedback, and support their development within the warehouse team

Supervise housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse & offices

Follow the company's HSSE Standards & Procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 5 years warehouse experience is required, including proven supervisory experience and experience with drilling equipment.

Must speak & read English & Kurdish

ERP system knowledge

Technical Institute or University degree is required
