Description

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and compliance with Quality standards including supporting ISO compliance. This individual will supervise daily tasks related to logistics, ensure quality control, and facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The warehouse Supervisor will drive efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence in all warehouse processes.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and compliance with Quality standards including supporting ISO compliance. This individual will supervise daily tasks related to logistics, ensure quality control, and facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The warehouse Supervisor will drive efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence in all warehouse processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role, preferably in an industrial or production setting.
Strong understanding of logistics, purchasing, and inventory management.
Proficiency in Syspro or similar ERP systems.
Knowledge of health and safety compliance standards and audits.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Strong leadership abilities, including the capability to hold others accountable and enforce process adherence.
Flexibility to pick up orders or make deliveries as required.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Familiarity with QMS, management of change processes, and preventive maintenance programs.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ability to multitask and manage detailed tasks and reports efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
