Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Edison, NJ Reports To: Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager Shift Options: Both Available First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Second Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Salary: $20 - $30 per hour (depending on experience) Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a 3PL warehouse operations in Edison. This position offers both First Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and Second Shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM) options to accommodate different schedules. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensure inventory control, and lead the team to meet performance goals, all while maintaining safety and compliance in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality are maintained according to company and client expectations. Lead Warehouse Staff: Manage, train, and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity goals. Ensure the team adheres to safety procedures and company policies. Inventory Management: Ensure inventory levels are accurate, perform stock audits, and ensure goods are properly stored and handled. Order Fulfillment: Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring all orders are processed correctly and on time. Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and audits to ensure products meet the quality standards required before shipping. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations in compliance with OSHA guidelines and ensure proper use of equipment. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records for inventory, staff performance, and daily operations. Prepare and submit reports to management. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in a 3PL warehouse setting preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities. Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of OSHA regulations. Certifications: Forklift certification preferred. OSHA safety training is a plus.
