Job Description Reporting to the Warehouse Coordinator, the Warehouse Supervisor’s role is to lead the Planned Parts team and coordinate the daily execution of planned parts activities to support maintenance execution. About the Role: The Warehouse Planned Parts Supervisor leads a small team responsible for coordinating planned maintenance parts across Hunter Valley Operations and acts as the key conduit between planned parts activities, Maintenance, CHPP and Production stakeholders. The role ensures required spares are identified, expedited, received, picked, staged, issued, returned and communicated effectively to improve parts availability, reduce avoidable delays and support efficient maintenance execution. Planned Parts Supervision - Lead the planned parts function to ensure maintenance parts are identified, expedited, received, picked, staged, issued and returned in a timely and controlled manner. Coordinate daily and weekly workflows using SAP IWBK to maintain visibility of parts status, supplier ETAs, risks, shortages and stakeholder communication to support maintenance schedule readiness. Technical / Production - Oversee the execution of planned parts activities across receipting, put-away, picking, staging, dispatch, delivery, collection and returns. Monitor workflow quality, resolve parts issues, support effective shift handovers and ensure planned parts are ready, clearly identified and aligned to scheduled work orders. Inventory Management - Ensure planned parts movements are controlled in line with warehouse, inventory and financial requirements. Coordinate the return of unused, incorrect, repairable, warranty or rescheduled parts, while supporting stock accuracy, inventory optimisation, discrepancy resolution, cycle counts and stocktake activities. Leadership Accountabilities - Lead, coach and support team members involved in planned parts execution to ensure work is completed safely, accurately and on time. Build strong working relationships with Maintenance, Planning, Purchasing and Warehouse stakeholders while driving process discipline, continuous improvement, customer service and operational control. Roster and Location: Monday to Friday professional roster Based on site at HVO (off Lemington Road). About You: Certificate IV in Logistics / Supply Chain Management. Responsibilities
Lead the Planned Parts team to coordinate the identification, receipt, and issuance of maintenance spares to support mining operations. Act as the primary conduit between maintenance, production, and warehouse stakeholders to ensure parts availability and reduce delays.
